Putting chicken stock in a dish and calling it vegan and vegetarian in the title is a contradiction.

Vegetarians and Vegans don't use chicken stock/broth in their soup, they use vegetable stock.

How much of each spice do you use? And what color is the soup when it is cooked?
Do you rinse the lentils before cooking them ?
