This is called jolof rice. Today am writing on how to cook jolof rice but before I commence.,l will like you to know the types of jolof rice we have. We have many but here are four types :
(1)Leafy jolof rice

(2)Rice and beans jolof rice

(3)coconut jolof rice

(4)mixed vegetable jolof rice

HOW TO COOK JOLOF RICE
INGREDIENTS:
Parboiled rice
Tomato paste

Pepper and salt

Maggi

Onion

Curry powder

Thyme

PREPARING JOLOF RICE
First of all you should Parboiled your rice

Pour your spice, tomato paste into your pot and leave it to boil for some minutes.

Drain your Parboiled rice. Then add the rice, curry powder,, salt, pepper and Maggi into the pot.

Cover the pot leave it to Cook. When the water dries up. Then your jolof is ready.
