No Texture - 12 Liquid Months

For 12 months I had no texture experience when I consumed my food. Because it was all liquid!

It made me realize the amount of effort that is put into food experiences and how insane it is that food giants have complete departments with serious teams who range from scientist to molecular experts. Just to make that potato chip more crispy.

At the same time, this also fascinated me a lot. By eliminating all there ”food experiences” I also eliminated a ton of ”mind noise”. I'm not going to use the word mindfulness but yeah - thinking along this direction does make sense.

12 Liquid Months, my first feature-length documentary will be ready for screenings soon!
