ingredients:
- Ingredients for 4 large potatoes:
- 400 grams of beef tenderloin into small cubes
- 200 ml cream
- 150 grams of chopped gorgonzola cheese
- 2 cloves garlic macerated

- 2 spoons of butter
- 4 large whole cooked unpeeled potatoes and all
