This is so cool. I use vertical gardening with my beans, peas, cucumbers and even my watermelon, but I do use soil. However this innovates me to want to try something similar to this on a smaller scale of course in my home this winter. I must check out your links that you have provided to research the concept a little further. It would be so nice to have fresh lettuce all year round. Thank you so much for the education.
