Healthy food!!
Healthy food can be, unfortunately, more expensive to buy. Adding fresh produce, meats, and stocking up on herbs, spices, and other cooking items will seem like you are spending a fortune. But if you think of it as an investment into your long-term health and wellbeing, it will seem worth it. By cooking your meals, you won't be tempted to get take-away meals or buy a meal while you're out or on your lunch break. This alone will save you money! But I have included some tips and reminders below to help you shop on a budget.
