As we know : Crepes are very easy to make , and delicious to eat .

So Let's strat with Ingredients .

Ingredients

• 1 Egg
• 1 Bag sugar vanilla
• 4 to 5 spoons of Flour
• Orange peel or lemon peel
• 1 Cup of milk
• 1 Spoon of vegetable oil
You can add some chocolate if you want .

Directions

Mix egg + sugar vanilla + vegetable oil.

Add the 4 or 5 spoons of flour and keep mixing by a fork or whisk .

Let the mixture relax for some seconds then start pouring it on your non-stick skillet .

Cook until underside of Crepes is golden brown then flip.

Attention

Coat your skillet with butter or oil as needed.
