For Wellness in 2019

Happy New Year fit family 🎉 It is my hope that 2019 bring you much prosperity in health, wealth and happiness and to get you started off in the right direction, here is my wellness tea :)

Drink 2 or more cups each day to reduce inflammation, risk of heart disease, manage diabetes and to lower cholesterol. This tea is loaded with antioxidants and will help boost your metabolism aiding in weight loss.
Simply steep green tea with cinnamon and 2-3 bay leaves.
