Interesting point. Considering that sea Bass is nothing exotic. I catch them all the time, patagonian tooth fish from southern part of the hemisphere, well I would much prefer that than the common sea bass of the Croacker family. Just from some one that has fished for over 35 years and cooked both commercially and as a hobby. Not quite understanding the hamg up on the name.
