A Warm Chinese Restaurant 外婆家--一种家的味道

A few days ago, my friends invited us to this warm restaurant to have dinner. It is located on the six floor of Wanxiangcheng shopping mall. Walking in the restaurant, I found that it was not gorgeous, but antique, with a typical Chinses-style feeling. The environment inside was not romantic, but also warm,quiet and elegant. As the time when we went there was not mealtimes, there were not too much people in it.

I haven't been here for a long time, and I fond that many of the dishes had been changed. Even the menu was not the same as before, no picture, only the price, so simple.

Although the restaurant runs Hangzhou food, which is southern food in China and looks more fewer but better, it is not expensive and the portions are very generous in this restaurant. It is far from exquisite, but delicious.

It's not fine, but it's delicious. Every time we come here, it seems that we can find the taste of home, just like its name of "Grandma's home", find the initial taste of mom and grandma's cooking.

We ordered a few plain dishes. This is the best place to bring your family and familiar friends.

前段时间和朋友们一起来到外婆家吃饭。它位于繁华的青年大街万象城六楼。 走进这家餐厅，你会发现这里并不是那种非常华丽，唯美的感觉，整个装修格调是很中式的，古色古香。里面的环境算不上浪漫，但也温馨、清静和幽雅。由于我们并不是在饭点时间吃饭，所以人看起来不是特别多。

真是好久没来这里吃饭了，好多菜品都换了。连菜单也不一样了，没有图片，只有价格，就是这么朴实。它们家虽然是杭州菜，但是量很大，价格很实惠。算不上精致，但是也算可口。每一次来这里，仿佛都让我们找回了家的感觉，就像它的名字“外婆家”一样，找回妈妈及外婆做菜的那种最初的味道。

我们点了几个家常菜。这里最适合带自己家人和熟悉的朋友来。

这是剁椒鱼头。鱼头半只，青椒切碎铺在鱼头上面，入锅蒸熟，再浇上热油，撒红椒，青葱。还赠送口感筋道面条搭配，鱼肉的鲜美，再加上里面的辣汁，口味鲜，辣爽滑。如果面条是那种宽面，个人觉得更好吃。

冰川茄子，口感绵滑、细嫩。

Tender eggplant.

下面这个是糖醋排骨。酱汁特别浓稠，排骨酸甜度刚刚好。不过我不太愿意吃甜的排骨，大家还都比较喜欢吃这个。

Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs.

板栗娃娃菜。娃娃菜甜甜的，怎么吃都不差的。这道菜盘子看起来很大，但是其实盘子是特别浅的。

Baby Cabbage soup with Chinese chestnut.

蒜蓉粉丝虾，可算是它家色香味全经典的一道菜了。

食材是鲜虾仁，个大饱满，粉丝铺在虾的下面，加上蒜蓉等配料，直接蒸制。这样烹制的方法能很好的保留了虾仁的营养，口感极好。蒜香，小葱香，还有入了味的粉丝和虾仁的鲜香，真是滑嫩爽口。

Steamed Garlic Shrimp with vermicelli. This is very popular dish and also is a typical dish.

茶香浓郁的茶香鸡，这道也是它家的推荐菜品哦。炖的鸡肉非常入味，而且外皮有一点酥脆。

Stewed Chicken With Tea.

总之，它家的菜都是中规中矩的家常菜，物美价廉。来这里吃饭，仿佛能找回一些童年的回忆和那种家的滋味。还有很多其他健康菜品，有空一定会再来品尝的。

These dishes look common and are excellent quality and reasonable price. Eating in here, I always find some memories of childhood and the taste of my home. I think I'll come here again.
