HUANCAINA'S STYLE POTATO
Creole Peruvian food recipe to prepare huancaina potatoes
INGREDIENTS OF THE POPE TO HUANCAINA:
- Lettuce
- Boiled eggs
- Boiled potatoes
sauce
- 1/2 kilo of fresh cow's cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk or cottage cheese
-2 tablespoons ground chilli mirasol - 1/2 liter of oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 hard egg yolks
- Salt, pepper to taste
PREPARATION OF THE POPE TO HUANCAINA:
Blend the cheese with the cottage cheese.
Add the ground garlic, oil, lemon juice and hard egg yolks (if the sauce is too thick add water, milk or sour orange).
Salt pepper and place the cream over the whole parboiled potatoes or cut into slices.
Garnish with lettuce leaves, olives, and hard-boiled eggs cut in four.
