I ate carp in nagano prefecture saku city. shop name is mikawa-ya. saku city is famous for saku-carp. it's start more than 200 years ago.
長野県の佐久の三河屋で鯉をたべました。佐久は鯉で有名です。発祥してから200年以上です。

I thought carps is bad taste.
鯉はまずそうと思っていました。

but it's very very delicious. there is no smell of mud. I came to like eating carp.
食べた結果、泥臭さはありません。とても美味しかったです。鯉が大好きになりました。

サクッとして、香ばしく、少し甘いです。美味しい。

もっと美味しかった鯉の甘煮です。

やわらかくジューシーです。内臓は独特の触感で美味しい。
soft and juciy. 　 innards was nice taste too.

鯉が大好きになって他のお店でも食べたのですが、三河屋のほうが美味しかったです。
I came to like eating carp so I tried another restaurant, but mikawaya is good.
