Mushroom Rice with a Kick
What you need:
4 cups hard-baked polished rice
1/4 kg button mushrooms
1 jalapeno, sliced
1 shallot, sliced
1/4 cup Marsala wine
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon soy
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Melt the butter during a pan over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms for ten minutes or till slightly bronzed. Stir within the jalapeno and shallot then season with salt and pepper. Pour Marsala wine over mixture and scale back heat. Finally, stir within the soy before adding the hard-baked polished rice. Stir till all ingredients ar combined well. Serve right away.
