Fuyunghai is one of Chinese cuisines which is quite popular in Indonesia. Vegetables and meat wrapped in omelet are very suitable on the tongue of Indonesia, especially if combined with tomato sauce is refreshing.
Fuyunghai or what is called fu yong hai in Chinese is a food made from omelet with a mixture of vegetables, meat and seafood. For the vegetables themselves there are various variations of vegetables that are commonly used, but the most popular are cabbage, carrots, and peas.

  • 3 egg granules
  • 150gr of ground shrimp
  • 150gr Milled chicken
  • 1 small grated carrots2
  • Enggam Handful of finely sliced cabbage
  • 1sdm Flour
  • 1dm Tapioca flour
  • 2 small slices of onion leaves
  • Siung3-Chopped minced garlic
  • 1 / 4sd salt
  • 1 / 4sdt pepper
  • T1sdt sesame oil
  • YakOil fry sufficiently

Prepare Materials

๐Ÿ“ Gravy ingredients :

  • 1 piece of long grated carrots / cut the match
  • 1 slice of garlic slices smooth matches
  • 1 piece of small onion slices
  • 2sdm Fresh / canned peas
  • 3 pieces of minced garlic
  • 5sdm tomato sauce @ red1hot1
  • 250ml of water
  • 1sdm Tapioca flour / cornstarch dissolve with 3sdm of water (as thickening liquid)
  • 1sm of granulated sugar
  • 1 / 2s of salt
  • 1 / 4sd pepper
  • 1sdm oyster sauce
  • Oil sauteed to taste

Step 1

Mix all egg ingredients and mix well

heat the oil, then fry the egg mixture until browned, then turn the other side slowly fried while pressed to cook evenly until browned using medium heat.

Drain well

Saute the ingredients starting from the garlic and onion with oil until fragrant then add the stir-fried carrots evenly until the carrot is slightly wilted.
