Tradition Food
This food, all over the world, is known as Hungarian. The word gulas in Hungarian today means "cattle pastor". In the past, this food gulas, that is, meat prepared by the shepherd. The first detailed description of the preparation dates back to 1787, signed by Jozsef Gvadanyi. The journey through this food, on the path of becoming a celebrity, was not spontaneous but a deliberately created tradition, as has happened in many national symbols.
