DELICIOUS RAW VEGAN BROCCOLI SALAD WITH TAHINI DRESSING ♥

I hope you all had an amazing start into the new week!
I'm so into raw recipes these last couple of weeks that I want to share another delicious yet super quick and simple one with you guys! 💚

Ingredients
For the salad:
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 large carrot
- ½ onion
- handful of raisins
- handful of sunflower seeds
For the dressing:
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1-2 tbsp water
- 1-2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
- small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 clove of garlic
Instructions
- Cut the raw broccoli into bite-size pieces, wash them and put them in a large bowl.
- Peel the carrot, grate it and add to the broccoli.
- Peel the onion, chop it and add it together with the raisins and sunflower seeds.
- For the dressing, combine tahini, water and soy sauce.
- Mix in minced garlic and ginger and add to the salad.
- Stir well and optionally let it soak for a couple of hours if you want the broccoli to soften a bit. Otherwise enjoy directly.
Sieht sehr lecker aus! Bisher kenne ich Brokkoli nur gekocht, das Rezept inspiriert mich, ihn auch mal roh auszuprobieren.
