Best Pan-fried Chinese Noodles - 🍜🍜 - My Favorite

in #food7 years ago

What’s up Steemians & Foodies,

You can use chopsticks or a fork. The result remains the same, you will taste the best Chinese noodles you have ever eaten.

You will notice this oriental taste of the 5 spice mix first. These flavors that we rarely use and which are so interesting. Followed by the light taste of soya, which you will notice when biting on the slightly soft pasta. The pasta is lightly roasted and has the familiar flavors that are formed when roasted in a wok. The onions change between each bite and refine the colored pasta.

The recipe is child’s play and incredibly expandable. You can use as many ingredients from your fridge as carrots, peppers, champions, spring onions, spinach…

  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp 5 spice mix
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion (cut into slices)
  • 1 pack of Mie noodles

  • The pasta is light and the taste is characterized by the soy sauce but not too strong. A pure expression of Chinese food as you love it.
  • Few ingredients that enchant you. A perfect minimalist dish.
  • A recipe as it seeks its own. The noodles are quickly made and can be combined very well. The best quick solution for the unexpected craving for pasta.

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and place it aside.

Vegan/no egg - the Chinese Mie noodles are also available without eggs.

Meat lovers - as you can see from any standard Chinese menu card, everything fits chicken, beef, pork, duck. My personal favorite is pre-cooked chicken legs. Simply put the portioned meat into the wok after the onions.

Without soy sauce - a mixture of balsamic vinegar, sugar and salt is a good substitute if you cannot use the soy sauce. Or skip the soy sauce and add only the spices.

More vegetables - you can use all kinds of vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, peppers, chili, champions, spring onions, spinach, Chinese cabbage.

Many herbs - garnish the pasta with finely chopped coriander or leaf parsley.

Spicy - Sesame oil is a strong tasting oil that is used as a spice. You can add 1/2 teaspoon when frying the pasta.

Caption_Tips.png

  • The pasta can be cooked several hours in advance if you want to prepare something to save time.
  • You can keep the Chinese brown noodles in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • The best way to heat the pasta is to use a microwave or you can use a pan over medium heat. Add a dash of water if the pasta is too dry.

That looks really delicious, noodles is a favorite and this was a great tip 😉 I have to try this and mabye for me add a little water so not to spicy... Lol

It is better to try with less spices. More is always possible.

Thanks so much for this. Ive been looking for a meal like this for a while. Ive been wanting to learn how to make ramen, but this seems really close and just as yummy.
