It's kind of amazing that #SPIRULINA is 60% of is protein.. I Use it from time to time. Like to ADD into my #SMOOTHIE.
How often do u THINK is good /recommended to use in one's diet?

I take 1-2 teaspoons (6-10 grams) of spirulina powder, I usually just dissolve it into water and drink though. One teaspoon everyday consistently is an very stable dosage for me.
