Just used #garlic, #tomatoes, onion, basil & oregano in a recipe tonite -- a spaghetti sauce from scratch [my Family loved ♥ it ].
So I can relate to this recipe .. 24 tomatoes pureed is a lot, yet when I think of Tomato paste & HOW concentrated IT is.. well, it don't seem unreasonable !
Am trying to make more #Vegan recipes, so this means I will have to try this out. Thank u for a fine recipe..
Mmmmm, sounds yummy! Tomato soup and tomato sauce are very similar and use lots of the same ingredients. Herbs can make a big difference in the flavor!
Your sauce sounds awesome. We are blessed to have many freshly picked veggies to add to our food which makes it taste even better--and of course more nutritious. I'm sure you'll love this recipe!!
