Protein smoothie; strawberry, banana and cucumber
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 handfulls of strawberries
- 1/3 of a cucumber
- 3 tablespoons of greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of chiaseed
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 or 2 glasses water
- 2 scoops of protein powder
Peel the banana and cucumber and clean the strawberries. Put all the ingredients in the blender and start blending. There is enough for the whole day or for 4 people.
