Best hot sauce in the world?

Anyone else as obsessed with hot sauce as me?

I will put it on almost anything... pizza, eggs, beans, or anything that could use a flavor boost with a touch of fire.

In my house, we usually have five to ten different kinds of hot sauce at any given time.

But this ají from Colombia is one of my favorites. As soon as we got off the plane in Medellín, I had to grab some of it on my way to our temporary home.
