I've never tasted tempeh, I think I haven't even seen it anywhere! Anyway, I'd like to give it a go. 😊 I'm just wondering, is the taste of tempeh similar to the one of tofu or totally different?
Tempeh has more strong and specific taste than tofu, it's more like smoked cheese. Very good for salads!
