Meatballs Smoked:
ingredients:
500 g of ground beef;
50g grated provolone cheese;
1 teaspoon (tsp) Worcestershire sauce;
Salt and black pepper to taste;
1 tablespoon (soup) of oil;
1 cinnamon stick;
1 oil wire.
Method of preparation:
Place the flame of the stove a piece of coal and let heating up until red-hot.
In a bowl, place the ground beef, grated provolone cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper to taste and mix kingdom.
With hands take small portions of the meat mixture and make balls.
Reserve.
In a skillet over medium heat with olive oil place the meat balls and let it brown (+/- 5 minutes).
Using tweezers, remove the hot coals of the flame of the stove and transfer to a foil with a piece of cinnamon stick, pour the oil and place in skillet open package.
Cover the pan and leave on heat for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
