Goat Curry (practical)
The most snazzy bread pie is indeed the curry sauce, what else the gravy "Kari Kambing" homemade, .. coba'in deh bun, guaranteed deh family members can feel nuances arab & india at home alone while eating bunda mas cuisine 😋 (my husband aja, his expression dampet bangeet arab & Indians eating time Roti Jala with my goat-made Curry Kuah) 😍😍🙌🙌🎉🎊
- Ingredients
500 gr of goat meat (can beef)
12 red chili peppers
4 pieces of cayenne pepper
5 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 thumbs up ginger
1 sachet of Indofood seasoning curry
65 ml thick coconut milk
2 pieces of potato
1/2 tsp royco beef flavor
1/2 teaspoon salt
to taste cooking oil (for sauté seasoning)
enough water (to boil goat meat)
-Step
Wash the goat meat then Prepare the spices smooth (blender: red pepper, cayenne, 3 cloves of red onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 thumbs up ginger)
Rinse 3 onion cloves, then heat the oil to saute the onion until fragrant & slightly wilted, then immediately insert the spices smooth & mutton simultaneously, then stir the stir until spice mixed with the meat then add water to the stew to boil the goat meat, and wait until the meat starts to tender.
If the meat is tender, put the indofood curry spice, potato & thick coconut milk, then stir not to break the coconut milk (the first taste, if less salty & less savory we can enter the warrant & royco)
If the potatoes are cooked, turn off the fire & goat kuri can be served with bread nets (previous recipe) for beloved family, 🙌😁😀👏😍💖
