FOOD IN THE MAKING -CHILLI SIN CARNE AND DEER BURGERS
Last weekend i went to my moms house to cook some food. she went away, and since my kitches isnt that big, i wanted to use hers. I Ended of spending a lot of time on this food.
On friday i made some deer meat burgers. The best way to make it is with chevre, lingonberry sour creame, bacon, stir fried onion, and rocket salad, but i didnt have it so i made a simple one with just veggis, bacon and cheese
This burger did get cold before i manage to take a picture, but its coocked perfect with lots of butter. the burges is suposed to be raw in the middle, so for all you guys that cock your burgers well done - shame on you.
On saturday i made the chilli sin carne with, onion, garlic, chilli, coriander, and spices and stir fried it in a big pan. added bell peppers, tomaoes, and succini. added some bokes of tomatoes, some coffe, chocolate, and ale. and let it cock on low heat, under the boiling point for 8 houres. this make the veggis tender, and in the same time a bit crunchy.
Then i added some pre-cooked black chick pees, and added the lime.
Wow! Totally speechless
