Bread with fruits in the microwave
A bread that you can make in a moment, since it does not take time of rest nor long time of kneading.
On how to make homemade bread you can write a bible with all the tricks, tips, flours, kneading and fermentation time it requires. At the end of everything written in cookbooks or cooking blog the only thing that matters in the end is; that the bread stays with a lot of crumb, tender inside, knows well and is easy to make.
Bread with fruits in the microwave
Bread with fruits, ingredients:
400 gr of flour for biscuits.
250 gr of Greek yogurt.
1 pinch of salt.
1 spoonful of instant yeast.
3 tablespoons of bitter orange marmalade.
Dehydrated tropical fruit mix.
Olive oil for hands.
Bread with fruits, elaboration:
1.- We put all the ingredients in a bowl (minus the fruit), mix it well with a spatula of silicone or wood. We end up kneading with your hands until you form a ball. We grease the hands with a little olive oil so that the dough does not stick in the hands.
2.- Stretch the dough with your hands on a clean surface, spread on the dough a little mix of tropical fruits. We return to knead a few minutes the dough, we spread over another little tropical fruit. We give it the shape of a loaf of bread.
We grease a silicone mold, place the bread dough with fruit inside. We cook 10 minutes with the microwave at 600W.
Remove the bread from the microwave, bake 10 minutes with the oven at 200 until the bread is browned on the outside. We remove it from the oven and let it cool a grate.
Tip: use the yogurt in the fridge and the marmalade in the fridge. The dough was cold before cooking it in the microwave.
At Mercadona, I bought a bag of dehydrated tropical fruits; pineapple, papaya, grapes, raisin, coconut and banana chips. I removed the banana because of its hardness.
If you do not get the tropical fruits, the same recipe can be made with dehydrated cranberries, raisins, nuts or any other fruit that you can get with the candied fruit.
You can also make the recipe with peach, mango, pineapple or apricot jam.
The bread itself is delicious, even so, you can also eat it smeared with cheese and some slices of cooked ham or turkey ham.
