Banana Butter Cake

It is a super sunny day here but yesterday the rain was falling in the middle of sunny heat. It's odd but now that odd becomes common. Is it climate change?! Oh, please stop cutting down the trees! The sunny heat makes the ozone layer fade and surely more wrinkle on my face. :/

Okay, let's turn bad mood into good one. Make our mouth full, yeah? :D

I have bananas in the fridge. When they turn darken like this, don't throw them. It happens not because it's rotten but it's getting over ripe. The more dark it gets, the more sweet the banana tastes. So, these darken bananas are perfect for making cake .

Ingredients:

• 5 bananas
• 1 tsp yeast
• 150 gr butter
• 150 gr flour
• 140 gr sugar
• 3 whole eggs
• 1/2 tsp baking powdwer
• 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

1. Mash up banana and mix with yeast. Let it rise.
2. Beat butter and sugar until turning white.
3. Add egg one by one.
4. Add in vanilla.
5. Shift in flour along with baking powder.
6. Add in banana mash up and whisk by hand. Chill again for 15 minutes.
7. Place on mold and bake 120 C for 25 minutes.
8. Serve.

So sweet and yummy. The smell of butter and banana are driving me away.. :D
