How To Make Gulaman Buko Pandan With Evaporated and Sweetened Condensed Milk?

I just want to share with you my simple recipe of a simple dessert " Gulaman Buko Pandan", which is very affordable, easy to make and perfect for this time as we enjoy summer at home. Hope you like it and try this at home.

Here Are The Ingredients:

1. One pack/24g of Gulaman jelly powder mix buko pandan flavor. (You can use any brand of jelly mix powder and in different flavors. You can have more packs of jelly mix powder if you wish to make as much as you want).
2. One big can of evaporated milk and one regular can of sweetened condensed milk of any brand. (You can add fruits to your Gulaman Buko Pandan like ripe mango that is a very good compliments. Any fruits will do if you wish to).

Here's How To Prepare:

1. Measure 7-8 cups of drinking water in a casserole.
2. Gradually add 1 pack Ang Gulaman Buko Pandan flavor into the water while stirring to avoid lumping. Add 1 cup of sugar.
3. Dissolve completely. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes.
4. Heat with constant stirring until solutions starts to boil.

5. Remove casserole from heat, then pour into molds.
6. Refrigerate for faster setting. (The Gulaman sets without refrigeration).

7. Slice the Gulaman into cubes.

8. Mix evaporated and condensed milk into the sliced Gulaman. Stirr it well to mix thoroughly.
9. Better to serve chill.
