I think if I opened a restaurant, I would be managing it only.. and not cooking;) but I have been craving something from your neck of the woods. I'll have to see if i can come up with some substitute spices first.

In India we have a lot of "take away" systems in cities. You can shortlist some of your best dishes. Advertise itTake orders and supply in the neighbourhood. Operate from home. My cousin's wife did it for a while. Not so much for money. But a creative outlet that brings in a little money too.
In Delhi this is quite popular :) ...
