#3 Capsicum Masala
ngredients
Capsicum -- 250grams
Onions -- 3 numbers
Tomatoes -- 2numbers
Salt to taste
Garam Masala -- 2tbsp
Red chili powder -- 2tbsp
Coriander powder -- 1tbsp(Optional)
Cumin powder -- 1tbsp(Optional)
Water -- 2 cups
Preparation:
- Finely chop Capsicum. Very finely chop Onions and Tomatoes.
- Heat 3tbsp oil in a pan.Add chopped onions, fry till golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, fry it for 3 minutes.
- Add chopped capsicum pieces.
- Add Salt, Garam Masala, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder.Mix them all. Now Add water.
- Close the pan lid and let it cook until the capsicum is cooked. Add water if necessary.
- Take the curry into serving bowl. Garnish with Cashew nuts.
- Serve with Rice or Roti's.
