I travel the world #428: Uogashi Sushi
Asagiri Super Express
My friend who is living near Mt. Fuji invited me to visit his family. I have not seen them for a year so I decided to take the Asagiri Super Express from Tokyo to Gotemba and it was a quick 90 Minutes ride. I love Japanese trains as you can shuffle around the seats
Sushi
Uogashi is a chain Sushi Restaurant in the Shizoka Area, they offer reasonable prices but really great quality. My favorite is the Crab Miso Soup and the Tuna Fest Plate which included Chu-toro, Ootoro and other Tuna pieces. You can eat so much here and one person will never be able to eat more than 50 USD worth of Sushi. (If you try to get this quality in the US you can multiply the cost by 5x)
You can order the Sushi with an Ipad and it arrives to your table automatically.
Do you like Tuna ???

Wow, their meals are quite affordable. They also look fresh. It's always fun sampling different cuisines when you are out of town.

A very good post @knozaki2015
I think you have very good knowledge about this, thank you for sharing.
Hmmm. from the very first eager to try sushi. I'm still very curious about how it feels. and whether this is dangerous for people who have allergic problems on shrimp and squid.
there is many more other stuff you can eat. like salmon, tuna etc.
Thanks for great post and sweet food
I like so much Tuna
I ask you so kindly to check ( if you have sometime )

I love Otoro and Uni so much!! Your post is killing me!! 🤤🤤🤤
hey ! where are you based now? still in the emirates? If you wanna eat sushi you should come to tokyo ;)
Bangkok! We have great places for sushi too but surely nothing beats Japan and the price is so reasonable there! I love every bits of Japan, it's been two years ever since I quited my job so I haven't been to Japan since then. I miss it so bad and planing to visit again this year. Please recommend any nice restaurant to go, I have been to Midori. Thank you in advance!
