Cheese muffins (salty) - step by step recipe
A recipe for all lovers of baked cheese and pasta. They best are still warm.

Servings: 7 pieces
Components:
- 150 g of pasta (small bow type)
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 225 ml of milk
- 150 g of yellow cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1½ tablespoons breadcrumbs
- pepper and salt
Proven recipe step by step for cheese muffins
Prepare the molds: spread with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Cook the pasta (all dente) in lightly salted water.
Prepare the sauce: melt the butter in the pan, add the flour. Mix the ingredients with a pinch of salt and pepper until a smooth roux arises. Pour the milk into the roux and cook
about 3-5 minutes until thickening.
Mix the sauce with 100 grams of cheese.
Combine the pasta with the sauce.
Fill the mafberries and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 190 Celcius degrees. Pull out cupcakes.
