RE: Wok & Roast - My favourite place to eat out

Hi jay, would you explain to me a bit about powering up? Namely why it is good to do so and why my (32) has now dropped to (25) as a result of me doing it? Would you mind? Thanks, Lara

'Scuse me for butting in here But but , is it the wallet page saying 25? Mine does it too. Don't worry about that, for some unknown reason it does that. You're a 32. Actually 32.861 to be precise at this moment! Haha.

do you know about these pages? https://www.steemworld.org/@larajt

I bookmarked these and look at them all the time. Don't worry if it doesn't make sense at first :)
They come in handy over time :)

Thanks for this.. it's back at 32 now. It was at 25 earlier. Thanks for the links to those other pages; I shall have a look at them. Thanks imperialaussie for hosting this little convo. 😊

Hope those pages help.

Your still 32 :) it will not change your reputation. I notice sometimes my account says 25 because it is glitching or something, so dont worry ;) i power up because it increases my voting. If you see my upvote it is around 4 cents now at 100% voting power. Depends on steem value at the time as it goes up and down. I believe you will earn more curation also for upvotes. When you power up you cannot get the money out unless you power down. I have never powered down but I believe it takes a while to get it out and only a limited amount. I power up because I have a belief that steem is a good investment for the future and would like to have more power to upvote fellow steemians and good content. Here is a good post I read to explain it in more detail https://steemit.com/steem/@kevinwong/why-should-you-consider-accumulating-steem-power hope this helps and powering up is good if you plan to stay on steem :)

Thanks Jay, I appreciate 😊
