Oven-Fried Chicken
Place a rack in the upper third of the broiler. Preheat the stove to 350 degrees F. Oil a heating sheet with sides.
In a shallow dish, combine the wheat germ, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Pour the buttermilk, whisked eggs, and corn drops into three separate shallow dishes (4 bowls all out).
Wheat Germ Oven-Fried Chicken
Taking one bit of chicken at once, dunk it first into the buttermilk, then the wheat germ blend, then the egg, lastly the corn piece morsels, tapping with your fingers to ensure the scraps follow. Place pieces on arranged preparing sheet.
Prepare until the chicken is fresh and brilliant, 40 to 45 minutes. Serve instantly or at room temperature.
