My favourite cake

Today we continue with a delicious cake.
You see here a black forest cherry cake.
The main ingredients are a homemade chocolate biscuit base, 3 cups of cream, sour cherries, 4 cl of kirsch and chocolate sprinkles.
Very tasty and has plenty of calories.
Served with a Dallmayer Home Barista Cafe Crema Dolce in Americano style.
