World Carnivore Month: Indian Cow Hump Meat is Poor Man's Waygu
So I had no idea there was a humped cow, let alone that the meat seems to be a poor man's waygu which is a fancy term for a special breed of cow that's fed a special corn rich diet that causes insane marbling in the meat. This is the cows hump and properly prepared is pretty awesome.
I didn't even do a good job of my test of making some yesterday in the slow cooker and it was still tasty.
