The Healthy Choice - Vegan Cake

As a cake lover, I'm always on to finding a new cake treat to satisfy my cake fantasies. Not a week goes by that my taste buds won't get their weekly dose of a sweet, creamy cake. My cake addiction has to have its limits but eating them is just so hard to resist!

Recently, my boss, who just started going vegan, introduced us to Vegan Cake.

When you say Vegan, it means it does not use any form of animal products and by-products. With Vegan cake, no eggs, no cheese, no dairy milk and no honey is being used. What is used instead of dairy milk is soy milk. Sounds kinda boring right?

At first I thought, Vegan cake would taste bland and dull. But when I took a slice, it tasted better than I expected. Don't get me wrong, regular cakes are still my fave but the Vegan ones didn't taste as bad as I thought it would. It was less creamy and less sweet but the best part is, it's healthy!
