Vietnam Food - Sour clam soup
Hi everyone!
Today I will guide you how to cook "Sour Clam Soup", a Vietnamese Food.
So, Let's start! ^^
- Raw materials (for 2 people)
- 1kg Clam
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 or 2 Tamarind or 5,6 "Sấu fruit" (a fruit Vietnammese, have sour taste)
- 1 Pineapple
- 3-4 dry onions
- Scallion, laksa, lemongrass, ginger
- Seasoning wedges, spices, fish sauce
- How to do
- The clams are washed with plenty of water.
Boiled clam: lined with lemongrass was washed, along a branch of ginger. Boiling water, picking clams
Filter the clear water, remove the gut again. - Dry Onions,Scallion, laksa washed to clean, sliced.
- Tomatoes washed, one into 4 parts, one sliced . Pineapple peeled and sliced
- Saute dry onions with cooking oil. Put the tomatoes in a frying pan. Mix a little wedge powder, then clam to stir fry.
- Then pour the mixture into the bowl.
- In another pot pour the water and then add the pineapple and Tamarind or "Sấu" to boil for about 10 minutes.
- When boiling pot for tomatoes. Finally, the clams are fried in the pot. Tasting spice taste.
- When eating to the Scallion, laksa with a little fish sauce. Turn off the kitchen for hot soup.
