My Sweet Treats

Hi Everyone,

A Sweet Treat. These 4 delicious sweets are my Special recipe. These are a few of the things I baked in 2017. With the picture on the left that’s my French Apple pie. I make it with apple compote and apricots. I also put some cream pudding in it. I don’t like raisins so I always let them out. Of course I use a lot of apples. I put apples in the filling and use apples to make the rose in the top. It’s something delicious but not that hard to learn. But don’t forget take you time to make it because you have to be careful to make it beautiful.

Then the photo on the right is my tiramisu cake. I made it for Christmas and it’s delicious to make it with amaretto in the café. For the rest I use monchou, whipped cream, cacao, long fingers with sugar. It’s fun to make. A little bit of a guilty pleasure but definitely worth the taste.

Then the picture on the right below are my Halloween Trick or Treat Eye Ball. I made those for family they wanted more than 150 piece for treats for the children. I had a lot of work but it was so much fun. The children loved it and I won the price of best Trick and Treat ‘’Treat’’. I made the eyeballs with strawberry cream and vanilla cake. It was a ‘’Trick and Treat’’ to never forget.

Then the last one, my Strawberry Bavaroise. I made it with strawberries, whipped cream, gelatin, cookie bottom and strawberry ganache. I’m not a fan of strawberries but my mom, dad and brother really likes it. So I love making it for them. I created all these recipes myself and even create recipe sugar free but still sweet.
