When in Peru...

Being someone who loves to try new things, especially when it comes to fine foods, a lifetime of traveling has been incredibly rewarding.

Whether it’s the fresh caught salmon smoked for ten days by Klamath natives in Northern California or the Jamaican lillikoy grown on the east side of Maui, this world has truly shared with us so many amazing gifts.

Now take these gifts from nature in their perfect form and combine them with people and cultures across the globe and it’s no surprise that there is an endless abundance of satisfying experiences just waiting to be discovered. Just some early morning thoughts as I sit here enjoying a breakfast of tropical fruits in the warm dry lowlands of the Peruvian desert.
