Ketoprak - One of the most iconic Indonesian street food !!

Let me tell you about this yummy street food.

it's called "ketoprak" for this story:
one day, there is a man who love to eat. But he get bored with usual foods, so he create a new food
with rice cake, bean sprouts, vermicelli and fried tofu. All of them get mixed with special peanut sauce and spices.
but for some reason he slip the dish to table which makes sound like "ketoprak!!".

just like any other Indonesian street food, Ketoprak is usually prepared in wooden wagon called "gerobak".

Every Indonesian citizen eat Ketoprak 2-3 times per week.
