The vegan brainwashing challenge.

in #food8 years ago

Hi all,

I would like to propose a challenge for you non-vegans out there. You probably grew up eating meat and thought it's normal, healthy and necessary. What if I told you this is false.

Now there are two options for you to take. You take the blue pill and close this post, staying ignorant and keep on living the way you do till someday you die of hearth disease. Or you take the red pill read the challenge and let it show how deep the rabbit hole goes.

So you choose to keep on reading, very wise.

Now on to the challenge, don't worry it's gonna be very simple. All I require you to do is watch 3 documentaries. You can decide yourself in which order you want to watch it.

  • Cowspiracy
Follow the shocking, yet humorous, journey of an aspiring environmentalist, as he daringly seeks to find the real solution to the most pressing environmental issues and true path to sustainability
  • Earthlings
Using hidden cameras and never-before-seen footage, Earthlings chronicles the day-to-day practices of the largest industries in the world, all of which rely entirely on animals for profit.
  • Forks Over Knives
Examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting our present menu of animal-based and processed foods.

That's it, if after watching all 3 documentaries you still consume meat and other animal products like it's nothing, you should definitely should go see a doctor.

If you're trying this challenge let it be known and leave a reply.
Let's make the world vegan! Like and resteem to share this message.

The sad thing is most people who would try the challenge would quit immediately as they'd not like what they were hearing and the destruction they've caused.
Hell I just made a post that took me hours to whip up with tons of citations against feeding your kid milk and odds are most people who see it, and even read it, will continue buying milk and pretend as if they never read it because it conflicts with their world-view and safety little box they've lived in.
