NOODLES RECIPE WITH CHEESE SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
500g of pasta you prefer
1 cup (tea) cream cheese creamy cheddar flavor
3 cups (tea) of milk
1 cup (tea) cream cheese
1 cup (tea) of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons (soup) of butter
2 tablespoons (soup) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) or grated onion beat
½ cup (tea) chopped chives
Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Cook the pasta in hot water with salt and set aside.
In a saucepan, saute the flour into the butter over low heat, add the onions and saute a little more. Add the boiling milk and stir until thickened.
Add the cream cheese, cheddar, grated cheese and let incorporate. Adjust the salt.
In a bowl, pour the pasta and gradually add the cheese sauce
