INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons (soup) of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon (soup) of lemon juice
1 tbsp (tablespoons) butter
1 teaspoon (tsp) paprika
½ cup (tea) celery
2 tomatoes peeled and seeded
2 chicken bouillon tablets
1 small red sausage
4 large potatoes
2 liters of water
Salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Peel and cook the potatoes in water with tomato, duly chopped celery and onion.
Then pass hit everything in a blender.
Put all or a pot on the fire again adding paprika, chicken broth and chopped sausage.
Then put salt and keep boiling for about 10 minutes.
Then throw the lemon juice and butter.
Serve immediately sprinkled with parsley already chopped.
