Hi Steemit! This is my quick and easy lunch :)
This is an easy to make recipe i usually cook for me and my family on a lazy day. This is absolutely quick and easy recipe you have to try at home. These ingredient are easy to get as well in any local supermarket.
Garlic
Spaghetti/Fettuccine
Olive oil
Chicken cubes/broth
Evaporated milk/Heavy milk
Ikea's famous meatballs (because i'm lazy to make meatballs myself)
Portabella / Brown button mushroom
Cheese (any type)
Salt & pepper
First you need cook the Fettuccine or any type of spaghetti you like. I personally like Fettuccine because it can hold more gravy. So while waiting for the Fettuccine to cook, cut the garlic into fine pieces and fried them in the olive oil until golden brown. Not too brown because it might taste a bit bitter. Add in the whole can of evaporated milk and bring it to a boil. Cut the Portabella mushroom into thin slices and add into the milk. Add a piece or 2 of chicken cube into the mixture and bring everything to a boil. Now add in the meatballs depending on how much you like meatballs. You can actually substitute the meatball out with any other meat you like, chicken breast is tasty as well. Add some salt and pepper for taste. Now pour all the Fettuccine into the mixture and stir it well. You can add some extra milk if you think it's too dry. You can add some cheese to enhance the taste. I personally love my Fettuccine cheesy. This portion is enough to feed 6 people. I have a big family :)
wellcome
