passion fruit- banana - apple smoothie / Maracuja-Banane-Apfel Smoothie ENGLISH / GERMAN
Looks a bit like stracciatella. Tastes really delicious.
Ingredients:
2 passion fruit
1 apple
1 banana
1 tablespoon coconut oil
water
Preparation:
Cut the apple in to small pieces, including the apple core. Goes fast and is healthy;) Then a banana and the inside of 2 passion fruit and 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Put everything in a smoothie maker add water until everything is covered with water. Mix this 35 seconds. Finished. :)
Sieht einwenig aus wie Stracciatella. Schmeckt super lecker.
Zutaten:
2 Maracuja
1 Apfel
1 Banane
1 EL Kokosöl
Wasser
Zubereitung:
Den Apfel in kleinere Stücke schneiden. Die Kerne können gern mit rein. Geht schnell und ist gesund ;) Dann eine Banane dazu und das Innere von 2 Maracuja und 1 Esslöffel Kokosöl. Alles in einen Smoothie Maker geben und Wasser drüber geben, bis alles an Obst mit Wasser bedeckt ist. 35 Sekunden mixen. Fertig. :)

very nice..., ich liebe selfmade smoothies. sind eh das einzig wahre. Das mit dem kokosöl muss ich ausprobieren. Das hab ich noch nicht.
