Food Shenanigans
Hello again steemians, Resi's Messy Kitchen is back with some BARBECUE!!!
Guys in Tanzania BBQ is life! I am not kidding :D We love to enjoy a plate of BBQ meat whether it is beef, chicken, pork, fish or meet skewers we call these --> Mishkaki boy they are sooooooo tasty!!
We like our BBQ with fries, Ugali (a firm mass made out of corn flour, in some countries it is known as polenta) or roasted/fried cooking banana's (plantains) my absolute favourite!!
And to top it all off you can't forget the chilli, our chilli is made out of diced tomatoes, lots of cilantro, finely sliced onions (the onions are washed in salt water), habanero peppers and lemon juice.
