VEGETABLES FOR A GOOD HEALTH
Farmers usually leave unwanted vegetables on the field to rot. To prevent food wastage, I usually pick up these vegetables and make a meal.
Young potatoes can be made into salads with green beans. Just add balsamic vinegar you have a side dish for your grilled salmon.

Most of these young potatoes are left in the field to root. Such a waste as there potatoes can be made into a decent meal.
Fresh green beans when in abundance are just left to mature hence being wasted.
