Hmmm. This is definitely food for thought!
How long did it take for you to get used to this diet?
Thanks for sharing!

I’ve been been experimenting with different diets for 2-3 years now. I’ve done many different fasting techniques in between. So I have been preparing myself for the OMAD diet for quite sometime. I only recently have been able to give it a try. It may not be as easy for somebody who has little to no experience with dietary fasting.
Man! I'm the type not to skip meals. I was just telling my wife the other day that I wish I was like people who only eat a meal a two a day, then I saw your post. I guess you can say I'm a gordiflón. LOL
We need a bit of everything in this world for it to be balanced.
