Hello my dear steemians, today has been a very hot day and to refresh ourselves a bit I want to show you how to prepare a delicious homemade natural drink, in this case I am referring to a rich "Papaya Smoothie", remember that the smoothies of Fruits offer innumerable healthy benefits to our body, as they are a source of vitamins and minerals, in addition to helping us to satisfy those attacks of hunger.

In this recipe we will mix many tropical flavors, because we will also add coconut, banana, lemon and a little carrot, with the sole purpose of incorporating more properties and thus remain potentially healthy. This refreshing drink is highly recommended for people who have a very active lifestyle, when doing sports training, because it is special to return to recover all the normal values of the body during post training.


Below I show you each of the steps for you to prepare your "Papaya Smoothie":


Ingredients:

• ½ Papaya.
• 1 banana.
• 200 milliliters of coconut water.
• ½ lemon
• 2 carrots.
• 300 milliliters of water.


Preparation process:

• The process of making this smoothie is quite fast, so it is advisable to have all the ingredients at our fingertips.

• Peel the milky and carrot, then chop it into small pieces and place it inside the blender.

• Begin to beat in the blender, squeeze the lemon half and continue beating with the purpose of integrating all flavors.
